Shipping Methods
Uniden currently offers 5 shipping methods:

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be based on the type of shipping method you
choose. Total costs may vary depending on any additional special handling requirements
requested. Charges are based on the total amount of the order.

For Fed Ex Overnight and Fed Ex Second Day deliveries which result in a Saturday delivery, there will be a flat rate fee of $34.00. Please state that this extra charge is OK in the order comments or your shipment will not be delivered until the following Monday. Also, if Saturday delivery is not available in your area, your shipment will not be delivered until Monday. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays.
Shipment deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will require shipping charges that cannot be calculated online. You will be e-mailed for approval of the shipping charges and any additional fees that may apply.
Timing of Shipment
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order request.
Due to possible special handling requirements, oversized or overweight orders
may take up to 5 business days to be shipped.
Priority shipping orders will be shipped on the same day unless placed after 12:00 (noon) Central Time
(Current Time: 03:54 AM CST) or on weekends/holidays;
those orders will be shipped the following business day.
For FedEx Shipments to Hawaii, please add an extra day for shipping.
Export orders placed with Uniden America can take up to 5 business days to ship out due to the export documents that are being prepared for each order. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.Saturday Delivery Requests
UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you desire Saturday delivery, you
should choose Fed Ex as your shipping method.
Please note that choosing FedEx Saturday delivery will result in an additional fee of $34.00 to your order total. Make sure to state that this additional fee is OK in the order comments or your shipment will not be delivered until the following business day.
Saturday deliveries may not be available in all areas.
Acceptance of Order
Uniden reserves the right to cancel any order request, at any time, for any
reason. Uniden will indicate the acceptance of your order by shipping the items
you’ve requested. The banking, negotiation or other use of any payment
will not constitute acceptance by Uniden. Any payments that have been made prior
to cancellation will be refunded immediately.
New Products Purchased From Retailers
Most new Uniden products carry a one year manufacturer’s limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please save your receipt for proof of purchase. See your limited warranty documents included with the product for more details. To return or to receive a refund for a product purchased from a retailer you must contact that retailer for their return or refund policy. Uniden America Corp. is not responsible for nor does Uniden America Corp. handle returns or refunds on products purchased directly from retailers.
Products Repaired by Uniden Repair Center
Products serviced by our repair center have a 90 day service limited warranty from date of return shipment to our customers or the remaining duration of the original one year limited warranty, whichever is greater.
Products Purchased Directly From Uniden America Corp.
Any refurbished products purchased directly from Uniden America Corp. are covered by a 90 day limited warranty. Any new products purchased directly from Uniden America Corp. are covered by a one year limited warranty. See your warranty documents included with the product for more details. Any product purchased directly from Uniden America Corp. may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), only if the product is in the same condition it was in when shipped and only if the product is returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered to the consumer. Uniden America Corp. does not refund any products returned after 30 days of the date it was delivered to the consumer. To return an item that was purchased directly from Uniden, please repackage the item(s) along with a note detailing your request (i.e. credit, exchange or trade) and a copy of the original invoice. Please ship the package using a traceable method such as, UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Certified Return Receipt Mail to:

Restrictions
Uniden does not currently deliver to APO (military) boxes or
FPO (foreign) boxes.
All shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be delivered via US Mail.
